Call for Submissions: Not Yet Titled (NYT)

November 20, 2017 in Calls

Peripheral Vision Press invites American artists in all visual art disciplines to submit work for our newest publication initiative, Not Yet Titled (NYT). Scheduled to launch in 2018, NYT will become our future platform for short-form essays, interviews, blog posts, and group exhibitions covering the vanguard of contemporary American art.

How to Submit

To submit work for consideration, please complete the form once per academic year (Sept 2017 - May 2018). SUBMISSION IS FREE AND THERE IS NO DEADLINE. Please keep your website and Instagram up to date with professional images of recent work. By submitting the form artists agree to our Terms of Use.

Due to the volume of submissions, the editor will only respond if you have been passed to a second stage of review, in which case we will submit a request for high resolution image files.

Editorial Review

Preference will be given to artists making significant contributions to contemporary art and who demonstrate a career commitment to art practice through a combination of educational and professional experience. Mid and late-career artists considering themselves under recognized in critical publications are encouraged to submit. Eloquence and sophistication of artist statements and biographies factor significantly in the editorial review process.

Artists selected for publication will collaborate with the editors or assigned critic regarding the production of original content. The Editor will determine the format that best meets the needs of the publication.
